Using the Airhead Institute Platform
Welcome to the Airhead Institute community! Our platform (powered by Mighty Networks) is where you'll find our community chat, all content, and where you'll access our live events.
This guide will help you understand the most important features of the platform so you can get the most out of your membership.
Events, RSVPs, & Zoom
How do I RSVP for the "Airhead Institute Show"?
This is a very important step! Our daily live show (Monday-Friday) is broken into 5 different series (one for each weekday, like "LLM Deep Dives" on Monday, "AI Tool Mastery" on Tuesday, etc.).
You need to RSVP to each of the 5 series independently.
We know this is a few extra clicks up front, but it's a one-time action. When you RSVP, make sure to select "RSVP for the entire series." Once you do this for all 5 days, you are set and will get all the reminders for that series without ever having to RSVP again.
Where do I find the Zoom link for a show or the AI Lab?
Once you have RSVP'd for an event or series, the Zoom link and other event details will become visible to you inside the event's description. If you do not RSVP, you will not be able to see the link.
Mobile App & Notifications
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! We highly recommend downloading the mobile app to stay connected.
Go to the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for and download the "Mighty Networks" app (it is not named "Airhead Institute").
Log in with your Airhead Institute account, and you will find our community inside the app.
The network is called “Airhead Institute”
Why should I use the mobile app?
The app is the easiest way to manage your real-time notifications. You can get alerts for new posts, when the "Airhead Institute Show" is about to go live, or when someone replies to you in the community chat.

How do I report a user or a post?
If you see a member or a post that violates our rules, please report it immediately.
To Report a User: Click on their profile picture, select the "More" menu (often shown as three dots), and click "Report User".
To Report a Post: Click the "More" menu on the post itself and select "Report."
We take all reports very seriously. A healthy community is our top priority, and we will take appropriate action based on the evidence and information you provide.
