Last Updated: October 25, 2025

Airhead Institute ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of our users, especially our students.

Your trust is our top priority. We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third party.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

Our "Airhead After School" program is designed for students aged 9-17. We are fully committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and protecting the privacy of our young learners.

We require a parent or legal guardian to create an "Airhead Institute Pro" account on behalf of their child. We collect verifiable parental consent in the following way:

  • To sign up for the "Airhead Institute Pro" plan, which is required for the After School Program, a parent or guardian must provide valid credit card information. This act of providing payment information serves as verifiable parental consent for the child to use our platform and participate in our programs.

"Airhead Institute Show" Recordings (12 PM ET)

Our live "Airhead Institute Show" (Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM ET) is recorded. These recordings are used for two primary purposes:

  1. As on-demand replays for our "Airhead Institute Pro" members.

  2. For marketing and promotional purposes by Airhead Institute.

By joining the live "Airhead Institute Show," you acknowledge and consent that your likeness, image, voice, and any comments you make in the chat or on-camera may be recorded and used by Airhead Institute for, but not limited to, public-facing marketing, advertising, and content creation.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you may join the show with your camera and microphone off and refrain from participating in the chat.
