Upgrading Your Account

How do I upgrade from "Airhead Institute Free" to "Pro"?

Upgrading is easy!

  1. Log in to your account at https://members.airheadinstitute.ai/.

  2. Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "Plans and Access" from the menu.

  4. Find the "Airhead Institute Pro" plan and click the button to upgrade.

  5. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details to begin your 7-day free trial.

Managing Your Subscription

How do I cancel my "Airhead Institute Pro" subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on your Profile Picture and go to "Plans and Access".

  3. Find your active "Airhead Institute Pro" plan and follow the links to "Cancel Subscription."

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

If I cancel, what happens to my account?

Your "Pro" access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

  • For Monthly Plans: If you cancel, your "Pro" access will continue until your next scheduled billing date.

  • For Annual Plans: If you cancel, your "Pro" access will continue for the remainder of the year you have paid for. Your plan will not auto-renew for the next year.

Once your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the "Airhead Institute Free" plan. You will lose access to the "Airhead After School" program and all "Pro" content and replays, but you will still be part of our free community.

What happens if I cancel during my 7-day free trial?

This is important: If you cancel your free trial (on a web browser), your access to all "Airhead Institute Pro" features will be revoked immediately, not at the end of the 7-day period.

Payment & Billing Details

How do I update my credit card information?

You can update your payment method at any time.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to "Personal Settings".

  4. Inside "Personal Settings," click on "Account".

  5. Select "Billing".

  6. From this menu, you can edit or replace your credit card on file.

How can I find my receipts or billing history?

You will receive an email receipt for every payment. You can also find your past invoices inside your account.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on your Profile Picture and go to "Plans and Access".

  3. Select your active "Airhead Institute Pro" plan.

  4. You will see a section named "Invoices" where you can view and download your 10 most recent invoices.
