Welcome to Airhead Institute! We’re excited for you to join our community. This guide will walk you through every step of the sign-up process, whether you're joining our free community or unlocking our entire platform with "Airhead Institute Pro."
A Quick Note Before You Start
The sign-up screens may look slightly different depending on the device you are using. Whether you are on a phone, tablet, or laptop, or using iOS, Android, Windows, or Linux, the steps are the same. Please follow these instructions, and don't worry if the layout on your screen doesn't match this guide perfectly.
Step 1: Choose Your Plan
Your first step is to decide which plan is right for you. We offer two simple options.
Airhead Institute Free
This 100% free plan is perfect for anyone who wants to join our community and learn about AI from our live shows.
What you get: Access to our community (chat, alerts) and our live "Airhead Institute Show" (weekdays at 12:00 PM ET).
Cost: Completely free.
Credit Card Required: No.
Airhead Institute Pro
This is our all-access, premium plan. It unlocks the entire platform for one low price.
What you get: Everything in the Free plan, plus:
Full access to the "Airhead After School" program.
Full access to all "Airhead Institute Show" replays.
Access to all other replays on the platform.
All premium content, including quizzes, guides, and more.
Cost: This is a paid subscription.
Credit Card Required: Yes. You will get a 7-day free trial to experience all "Pro" features.
Step 2: Create your personalized Airhead Account
On the sign-up page, you will be asked to fill out your account details. This personalized account is your key to the community.
It is used to:
Track your learning progress
Collect rewards
Communicate on the platform
Ask questions and engage with content
Please use the information of the primary user (the person who will be learning) for this section:
First Name: The learner's first name.
Last Name: The learner's last name.
Email: The learner's email address.
Password: Create a secure password for the learner.
A Note for Parents on Email Access
Attention Parents: If you are creating this account for your child, please ensure all the information above is their info.
We strongly recommend your child has their own email address (e.g., a free Gmail account) for this program. It's a key part of learning independence and managing their own schedule. They will need to access this email to verify their account in the next step.
If you must use your own (the parent's) email, please be prepared to immediately check your inbox to verify the account on their behalf.
We highly recommend you create your own separate "Airhead Institute Free" account after you have finished setting this one up to stay in the loop with our community.
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
Once you've submitted the account details, our system (Mighty Networks) will send a verification email to the address you just provided in Step 2.
Go to the learner's email inbox.
Find the email from "Airhead Institute" or "Mighty Networks."
Click the verification link or button inside that email.
This confirms your account, and you won't be able to log in properly until this is done.
Step 4: Enter Payment Information (For the "Airhead Institute Pro" Plan)
If you selected the "Airhead Institute Pro" plan, this is the final step.
A Note for Parents
This is the section where you will enter your (the parent's or guardian's) billing details.
Even though the "Airhead Institute Pro" account belongs to your child, your credit card information must be entered here to activate the 7-day free trial and link the subscription to their account. This ensures that their account gets access to all the premium features they need, like the "Airhead After School" program and all replays.
Enter your Credit Card information.
Confirm your billing address.
By completing this step, you are activating your 7-day free trial. You will have full access to all "Pro" features immediately. After 7 days, your card on file will be automatically charged to continue your subscription.
If you selected the "Airhead Institute Free" plan, you will not be asked for a credit card and your account will be created immediately after verifying your email.
Step 5: You're In! Welcome to Airhead Institute
Congratulations! Your account is now active. You can log in, explore the community, and, if you're an "Airhead Institute Pro" member, RSVP for your first "Airhead After School" session or start browsing our library of replays. We're thrilled to have you!
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
